Prudential Mortgage Capital Company provided a $10.32m, ten-year fixed-rate loan to Owens Realty Capital to purchase The Plaza at Hannibal Square. The 71,330 square foot Class A mixed-use project includes retail, office and multifamily space.
The 1.22-acre Plaza at Hannibal Square is just a few blocks from Winter Park’s well-known Park Avenue. According to Globest.com the two buildings include 25,210 square feet of retail, 20,242 square feet of office space and 31 multifamily units, all of which are more than 90 percent leased. The property, completed in 2009, has two four-story buildings and a five-story parking garage.
