YBF has completed the K71 office building next to the historic Negrelli viaduct in Prague’s Karlín district. The building targets upmarket clientele who prefer to buy, rather than rent their offices. JLL is in charge of selling 1,025 sqm of office space on six floors. The office units range from 41 sqm on the top floor to 185 sqm. The first and second floors will be connected and might be used as a showroom. Prices range from CZK 93,000 to CZK 128,000/sqm. The building, designed by Orange Machine architects, should receive its occupancy permit by the end of the year.
