Quadrio business center will open at the Národní metro station in the center of Prague 1 on Oct. 31. Prague 1 Mayor Oldřich Lomecký is scheduled to cut the ribbon together with the heads of the developer, CPI Property Group. The 8,500 sqm shopping gallery will offer 66 units on two above-ground and two underground floors.
The tenant mix includes a Billa supermarket, a Polpo by Kogo restaurant, and brands such as Sephora, Dermacol, Promod and a Neoluxor bookstore, says Peter Fazekaš, head of retail leasing CPI Property Group. The shopping gallery is connected with the My department store on three levels, with the bottom levels accessible from the Národní metro station. The mixed-use use Quadrio also includes an office component along with high-end apartments.
