Wimi Imobili, owned by Siminel Andrei, has opened the Carpati Shopping Center in Sinaia. The center offers 7,000 sqm of leasable space. Billa will open a store on 800 sqm. Other retailers include Jolidon, Eponge, Mondex, Flanco and Litera. The opening was originally scheduled for April but was delayed until fall. Wimi Imobili is part of New Century Holdings. Carpati Shopping Center is the only commercial center located in Romania’s mountainous area.
