Naďa Ptáčková was named director of Skanska Reality, the residential arm of Skanska CZ. Ptáčková has been a member of Skanska Reality management since 2004, most recently as director of development and acquisitions. Prior to this, she headed the marketing and communication and sales departments. Mikael Matts, the president of residential development Europe for Skanska, who until recently led the Czech residential branch of Skanska, tapped Ptáčková to take over. Ptáčková will focus on new acquisitions and a pro-client approach.
