Dr. Vogg Immobilien and Pflugfelder Immobilien have acquired the residential component of the Rosenberghöfe project in Stuttgart. The companies plan to jointly develop the project and call it Das Rosenberg. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2015 with completion set for 2016. The project will include 179 apartments in nine townhouses. Costs are estimated at €100m.The office component of the Rosenberghöfe project has already been developed by Competo Capital Partners GmbH and W2 GmbH of Willwersch Architekten.
