Orlando planning board to vote on Lucerne Promenade

15 October 2014

The developer GDC Properties LLC has gotten its project, Lucerne Promenade, onto the list of items to be voted on by Orlando’s Municipal Planning Board. The mixed-use project is a high-rise development that’s planned for south of downtown. It would
include a 10-story hotel and a 21-story residential tower. The mixed-use portion would be anchored by a grocery store, though the chain has not been announced.

The Orlando Business Journal is reporting the project would comprise 79,662 square feet of retail space, 49,100 square feet of office, 524 residential units and 1,061 parking spaces. GDC Properties LLC is based in Orlando. Orlando’s municipal planning board is slated to vote on the project at its November meeting.
