In a deal was worth €41.7m, Alstria has sold an office building in Hamburg to a foreign institutional investor. Located on Hamburger Strasse, the property is currently fully leased to the City of Hamburg and generates an annual rental income of €2.5m. Alstria is using the funds from the sale to buy two Düsseldorf office projects, worth a total of €42.6m. The projects, set for completion later this year, offer 17,200 sqm of office space. The seller was the Warburg-Henderson-Immobilienfonds Nr. 1 fund.
