The former ČSOB building at Na Příkopě 14 has secured LEED Gold certification. Immofinanz and Lordship have renovated the historic building into office and retail. The building, located at the corner of Na Příkopě and Panská streets in the center of Prague, offers 17,000 sqm of leasable space on eight floors. So far, only 50 percent of the office space has been taken, with the White & Case law firm occupying 3,500 sqm on the top floors. None of the 8,500 sqm of retail space has been leased, despite numerous and extended negotiations with retailers such as Marks & Spencer. In the end, however, M&S decided to extend its lease contract at the Melantrich building on Wenceslas square.
