Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed to manage and lease the Resideal retail portfolio in Hungary, which includes four regional shopping centers in Pécs, Sopron, Szombathely and Veszprém, as well as a retail park in Zalaegerszeg. The portfolio totals about 50,000 sqm of leasable area.
