MM Invest is planning to build 100 flats in Košice. The project, called Park Anička, is a redevelopment of the former waterworks area in the northern part of the city. Construction is scheduled to start in spring 2015, with completion set for fall 2016.
The scheme includes four apartment buildings. Nearly 90 units are currently on offer in three buildings with prices ranging between €81,000 to €271,400 per flat at a price per square meters beginning at €1,200. The flats, ranging from 48 sqm to 144 sqm, in the fourth building have already sold out, writes Trend Reality.
