AXI IMMO has represented Bodycote in the selection of an investment plot and lease negotiations for a production project with an area of 2 500 sq m in Siechnice near Wroclaw. The BTS project for Bodycote is being carried out by the developer and general contractor P.A. Nova S.A.

The plant near Wroclaw is already the sixth Bodycote facility in Poland. A production facility with an area of approx. 2 500 sq m will be built on the 1-hectare site, of which 2 250 sq m are allocated for production, and 214 sq m will be developed for office and social space.
