East European Global Investment, which is part of Tiriac Imobiliare, secured a permit to build a 14-story office building near Victoria Square in Bucharest’s Buzeşti district. A €30m investment, construction on Centrul Buzesti is expected to break ground in the near future, according to a statement from East European Global Investment. The building will cover 35,000 sqm.
