Immofinanz Group signed several large lease agreements on more than 8,000 sqm at office and logistics buildings around Budapest. All the leases were signed for at least three years.
The Tempus Public Foundation, under the supervision of the Ministry of Human Capacities, leased 2,000 sqm at Greenpoint 7. A lease for 2,500 sqm at the Central Business Center was signed with another governmental organization. ADR Logistics leased 2,700 sqm of specialized warehouse space as well as a 300 sqm office area at Pharmapark, while Clusterhaus opened its first Hungarian office with 700 sqm at the Arpad Center. A number of smaller office areas at various Immofinanz buildings in Budapest were leased to companies like the Hay Group (200 sqm).
