Tristan Capital Partners and Caleus Capital Partners have sold three residential complexes in Berlin on behalf of Episo to state-owned corporations. Episo bought the properties in 2010 and 2011 and refurbished them. The projects offer a total of 100,000 sqm of space: 788 units in the Alt-Tegel district, 552 apartments in Wedding and 467 apartments in Neuköll. The law firms Noerr LLP and Pestlin & Co advised Episo.
