Hercesa to add 300 apartments to Vivenda

Hercesa is planning to break ground on the third phase of its Vivenda residential complex in Bucharest’s Titan district next year. The third phase of the project will include 300 apartments in two buildings. The cost is estimated at about €16m. In the meantime, the Spanish developer hopes to sell another 60 apartments in the residential complex by the end of November, according to Mesa Mauricia Gomez, the company’s general manager. Hercesa entered the Romanian market in 2004 and has invested about €150m in the country.
