Stegny Business Center has been put on hold, after investors failed to secure a sufficient pre-lease level, according to Polish media reports. Construction was supposed to kick off this month, but Polish media are now speculating that it won’t break ground until the second quarter of 2015. The project obtained a building permit in June.
Set to go up on Mangalia street, Stegny Business Center will offer 27,000 sqm of commercial space. The first phase of the investment, called Szmaragd, should be completed by the second half of 2016. The investors are BMB Development, APS Real Estate and AWD Investment.
