Strabag starts work on Astoria
Strabag Real Estate GmbH has launched its first commercial scheme in Poland. Going up on Warsaw’s Przeskok street, the mixed-use project, called Astoria, will offer 28,000 sqm of leasable space, including 17,600 sqm of office space. Worth €74m, the investment is expected to be completed in the first half of 2016.
Strabag established itself on the Polish market more than 20 years ago with a joint-venture project called LIM Center. Strabag Real Estate GmbH is one of the leading development companies on the German market, with a portfolio of more than €5.9bn.
