Six Top Residence, owned by Ion Alexander Tariuc, plans to expand its Confort Urban residential project in Bucharest. The complex currently offers 750 apartments in 12 housing blocks, with an additional two blocks to be delivered this month. The developer is planning to add another four blocks to the project by the end of next year. Construction is set to break ground on two blocks this fall. Sud Rezidential will manage the sale of the new apartments. Project costs are estimated at €22m. Confort Urban is 1 km from Piata Rahova. Tariuc became the sole shareholder of the project this year.
