M.P. Polska signed a lease at OKRE Development’s GreenWings Offices project in Warsaw. The company will relocate in February 2015. Established in 1994, M.P. Polska provides office design solutions, including furniture, separation walls and carpeting.
GreenWings Offices offers a total of 10,800 sqm of commercial space over seven floors on 17 Stycznia street. The scheme obtained its occupancy permit in May and has secured BREEAM certification. Tenants include Goodyear Dunlop Tires Polska, CFE Polska, Fagerhult, City Service Grupa Techniczna, ZZN/City Service, Air Products and Tavola.
