Star Group is offloading the Za stanicou area in Bratislava’s Nové Město district. CBRE will oversee the sale, which currently offers 2,300 sqm of office, 25,000 sqm of warehouse and 5,000 sqm of parking space. The area is on offer at €3.1m. Star Group wanted to redevelop the area into a mixed-use project, offering 100 flats, a 4,000 sqm shopping center, and more than 22,000 sqm of office on the plot, as well as parking for 550 cars. Slovenská sporitelna has a pledge on the plot.
