After selling more than 50 percent of the apartments in the first phase of Adora Urban Village, Tagor has started work on the second phase of the residential scheme. The second phase will add 150 more apartments to the project in two buildings. Once completed, Adora Urban Village will offer a total of 548 apartments. The investment is expected to cost €35m. Anca Dumitrescu, the project’s sales director, said sales have increased following price adjustments.
