Strabag Real Estateis preparing for the development of a new office project called “Schnewlin12” located at Freiburg’s main train station. The company expects to receive a building permit in October. Strabag’s goal is to create a 2,500 sqm office building on a 1,123 sqm site north of the Dreisam River. The project was prepared by architectural studio Hotz + Architekten. Strabag has previousy developed the “Xpress-Business” and “Embex” office and commercial buildings, among others, near the main train station.
