HB Reavis has sent in the bulldozers at Twin City, a large-scale mixed-use project the developer first presented seven years ago. The re-development of the former Kablo factory next Bratislava’s main bus station will start with its southern portion between Mlynské nivy, Karadžičova and Továrenská streets. Three 7-storey office buildings will offer a total of 64,000 sqm of leasable space, with shops and services on the groundfloor.
HB Reavis is beginning construction speculatively, with completion scheduled in autumn 2015. The re-development of this enormous brownfield will also include the modernization of the bus station and improvements to Továrenská street.
