Central Group has begun sales on the third phase of its residential project Javorová čtvrť. Located in Prague – 10 Horní Měcholupy, it offers 568 flats in the first two phases, of which the developer claims 500 were sold in two years. The last phase will add a further 375 units which are scheduled for completion by the end of 2015.
Central Group calls this project its best-seller, though this may be in part due to the low prices it was offered at thanks to a price war it had in the area with rival developer Ekospol. Flats in phase III are on offer for an average of CZK 38,400 per sqm, with the cheapest available for CZK 25,700 per sqm. Four-fifths of the units currently on offer are targeting singles, young couples and buy-to-lease clients.
