Jarosław Bator, managing director of PKP’s real estate division, has been appointed to join the company’s management board, to replace Maria Wasiak. Before taking the reins of the Polish railway company’s property unit, Bator was working for Ernst & Young as an valuation and portfolio management expert. In his new role, Bator will oversee the company’s real estate division. PKP has been working with private developers to renovate major railway stations around the country while adding commercial real estate projects to them at the same time.
