Orco delists from Prague Stock Exchange

19 September 2014

Today, Orco Property Group is delisting its shares from the Prague Stock Exchange. During ten years of trading the value of Orco shares rose to a high of CZK 3,500, but later fell to just CZK 11 at the end. The withdrawal of Orco from the Prague’s stock exchange means the Czech bourse no longer lists any property titles.

The company has announced its plan to delist in July, pointing to low trading volumes and to cost cutting efforts. Orco will continue trading on the NYSE Euronext in Paris and on the Warsaw stock exchange. In 2011, it withdrew its shares from Budapest. Orco reported a loss of €54.4m in the first quarter of 2014.
