AXI IMMO has advised on the lease negotiations for a production space project for one of the largest manufacturers of fasteners for the automotive industry in Europe. The BTS project for Bulten Polska is being implemented by the developer and general contractor P.A. Nova S.A.
Bulten Polska S.A., which has been present in Poland for over 15 years, is part of the international group Bulten AB. Bulten is a leader in the production and distribution of various types of fasteners for the automotive industry in Europe. Its customers include companies such as: Ford, Volvo, Volkswagen and JLR. The new investment is associated with the company’s rapid expansion in recent years.
The project is being carried out in Wilkowice near Bielsko-Biała. A production and warehouse facility with a total area of 7,500 m2 is to be built on the site chosen by the client, of which 6,800 m2 will be production and warehouse space and 700 m2 will be office space.
