International Workplace Group (IWG), a leading provider of hybrid working solutions, has announced the opening of its first HQ centre in Hungary. This new facility, located in the southern part of Budapest at FehĂ©rvĂĄri Ășt 99, represents IWGâs debut of the HQ brand in the Hungarian capital.
The launch aligns with IWGâs broader expansion strategy, responding to the increasing demand for flexible workspace solutions in Budapest. This new centre, which is the third collaboration between IWG and Proform IngatlanbefektetĂ©si Zrt., will cater to both international and local businesses seeking to leverage Hungaryâs growing hybrid working market.
The introduction of the HQ F99 centre follows a record year for IWG, marked by the companyâs highest-ever revenue and the addition of 867 new locations in 2023. The rapid expansion is fueled by property owners and partners eager to capitalize on the shift towards hybrid working, often in response to reduced demand for traditional office spaces. These partners are leveraging IWGâs diverse portfolio of brands, including Regus, Spaces, HQ, and Signature, to fill vacant spaces.
The new HQ centre features modern amenities such as private offices, meeting rooms, co-working spaces, and creative areas, all designed to accommodate businesses of various sizes. The facility is accessible by both car and public transport and is currently undergoing BREEAM âVery Goodâ certification. Additional amenities include a restaurant, cafĂ©, bicycle storage, and underground parking, among others. The flexible, bright spaces can be divided into multiple rental units with separate entrances and are equipped with green solutions and high-quality finishes.
Yulia Lytvynenko, Country Manager and Sales Director for Ukraine and Hungary, highlighted the growing trend towards hybrid working. âHybrid working has become an irreversible trend and is beneficial for people, profits, and the planet. Itâs no surprise that companies in Budapest are increasingly adopting this model,â she stated. âWe are excited to introduce this cutting-edge hybrid workspace and optimistic about further growth opportunities in Budapest and Hungary. This latest opening, our third partnership with Proform IngatlanbefektetĂ©si Zrt., comes at a time when flexible working is proving to enhance employee satisfaction, boost productivity, and support environmental sustainability.â
