Prologis finalized its acquisition of three industrial parks: the Rudna Business Park outside Prague, the Senec Distribution Park in Slovakia and the Zeran Park near Warsaw. The portfolio includes 23 class A distribution warehouses with a total area of approximately 230,000 sqm with an additional 40,000 sqm of build-out potential.
JLL advised the buyer, Prologis European Properties Fund II, on the transaction. “We are very pleased to be able to again advise Prologis this year in mainland Europe following acquisitions in Belgium, France, Netherlands and the UK,” said Stuart Jordan, head of Capital Markets at JLL in Prague. “This is the second substantial portfolio sale we have recently transacted and with a third significant disposal process ongoing in the Czech Republic, we expect to confirm the substantial sector interest by year-end.”
