In a significant boost for the Diuna office complex in Warsaw’s Służewiec district, Colgate-Palmolive Services Poland and LUX MED have both decided to extend their leases, reaffirming their long-standing commitment to the area. The complex, part of Syrena Real Estate’s portfolio, continues to attract top-tier tenants, underscoring its reputation as a prime business location.
LUX MED Group, a leader in private healthcare services in Poland, has not only renewed its lease for its existing 880-square-meter Medical Centre but has also expanded its footprint within the complex by opening the Harmonia Mental Health Clinic. The new 270-square-meter facility caters to the growing demand for specialized mental health care, offering a range of services including face-to-face consultations, telehealth options, and video chats. The clinic provides psychiatric and psychological consultations for both children and adults, as well as therapy, support groups, and psychological diagnostics for conditions such as autism spectrum disorders and ADHD.
Colgate-Palmolive Services Poland, a global leader in oral care, personal care, hygiene products, cosmetics, and pet nutrition, has also extended its lease at Diuna. The company has maintained its office space at 7 Taśmowa Street since 2008 and has chosen to continue its operations in the complex for the foreseeable future.
“Both LUX MED and Colgate-Palmolive Services Poland have been valued tenants for many years, and their decision to renew their leases underscores Diuna’s standing as a premier business center,” said Ewa Lubańska, Leasing Director at Syrena Real Estate. “We are particularly pleased to welcome the Harmonia Mental Health Clinic, recognizing the critical importance of mental health care.”
The Diuna office complex, formerly known as Marynarska Business Park, has recently undergone significant upgrades under the management of Syrena Real Estate. These improvements include the revitalization of external areas, the refurbishment of entrance lobbies, and the transformation of a 6,000-square-meter concrete car park into a public park featuring 50 trees, 96 species of shrubs, a stream, and an educational pavilion.
With a total usable area of 46,000 square meters, Diuna hosts a range of prominent companies, including Accord, NewCold, Daikin Europe, Eurocash, Ford, JDE Peet’s, Oceanic, S.C Johnson, and FOUNDEVER. The complex also offers amenities such as a LUX MED clinic, a café, and a bakery, along with 1,200 parking spaces across three underground levels.
