As of January 1, 2015, the developer Bouwfonds Immobilienentwicklung GmbH will change the name into BPD Immobilienentwicklung GmbH. The name BPD comes from the European holding company, Bouwfonds Property Development, and is connected with the activity of the company in Germany, France and the Netherlands. In Netherlands the developer will change its name to BPD and in France its name will be changed from Bouwfonds Marignan to BPD Marignan.
