Intercom Development has offered to give Bratislava land next to its Radničné námestie residential project it is developing in the Rača district in exchange for other plots it currently leases from the city. Intercom is requesting the city build a park on the land and maintain it for 10 years.
Radničné námestie will offer 267 units. The developer already secured a construction permit to build additional apartment buildings next to the project However, the developer believes a 3,200 sqm park would add more value to the location. Rača officials support the idea, but the owner of the land, the City of Bratislava, will have to sign off on the decision, too, writes the server eTrend.sk.
