Development Partner is planning to create a new office complex on Deutzer Feld, next to its office building KölnCubus, a building valued at €33m. The new project will offer 10,500 sqm of office space. Development Partner purchased the 3,700 sqm site on Strasse des 17. Juni in April. The project was designed by architectural firm Astoc. Its construction is scheduled to start in the autumn, with completion set for 2016.
