This year, the CEDEM CEE conference will celebrate its 15th anniversary. The event will be held in the heart of Prague in the historic Slovanský dům on Sept. 23 and 24.
Through a combination of moderated panel discussions, lectures, and market presentations, delegates will gain critical insight into current trends affecting the region’s dynamic property markets.
A keenly anticipated panel this year will be: Why the industrial sector is CEE’s hottest market. Billions of euro now being invested into the development of vast warehouse portfolios, and a recent rush of speculative land buying signals the beginning of an exciting new phase. The industrial sector has very clearly taken center stage in Central and Eastern Europe. With banks keen to support such both development and acquisitions, the panel will look into the reasons behind this sudden surge and ask how much further it’s likely to go.
Confirmed speakers in this panel include Lenka Kostrounová – ČSOB; Martin Polák – Prologis; Ian Worboys – P3; Ferdinand Hlobil – Cushman & Wakefield; Remon L. Vos – CTP; Jakub Pelikán – Goodman; and Michal Hink – Dentons.
