Starwood Capital Group has bought Ghelamcoâs 78,000 sqm office portfolio, which includes projects like T-Mobile Office Park, ĆopuszaĆska Business Park and Katowice Business Point. The deal was finalized today. While the purchase price was not disclosed, the German lender Helaba said it backed Ghelamco with a âŹ136m long-term facility loan.
Completed in May 2013, T-Mobile Office Park and ĆopuszaĆska Business Park are both located in Warsawâs MokotĂłw district, while Katowice Business Point was delivered in 2010. The entire portfolio is currently fully let and BREEAM-certified.
