In one of the largest transactions on the Romanian market since 2008, Globalworth acquired Timisoara Airport Park from Invest4SEE for €35m, which includes an investment of €17m to expand the project. Colliers International brokered the deal. The transaction includes the park’s existing building, which the French company Valea currently leases.
Another building being developed on the site should be delivered in 2015. The new building will be leased to the German automotive company Continental. Invest4SEE was assisted by Colliers International and the Peli Filip law office. Globalworth was advised by the NNDKP law firm. Invest4SEE plans to continue developing projects in Romania with a particular focus on Timisoara.
