Goodman profits increase 10%

19 August 2014

The operating profit for the warehouse developer Goodman hit €414m for the fiscal year ending June 30, a 10-percent increase compared with the same period last year. The company’s statutory profit hit €452m, while operating earnings per security (EPS) rose 7 percent from the previous fiscal year. The company’s balance sheet increased 19.5 percent year-on-year, while its liquidity hit €1.03bn, with a weighted average debt maturity of 5.4 years.

The numbers are in line with the company’s increased earnings target, which officials announced in June, said the group CEO Greg Goodman. “This highlights the robust performance across all parts of our business, together with the significant advantage we derive from successfully exporting our sector specialist expertise and proven capability around the world,” Goodman added.
