Deka Immobilien bought the Theresie complex in Munich from a subsidiary of Ivanhoé Cambridge. The estimated value of the investment is €257m. The complex offers a leasable area of approximately 70,000 sqm, including 55,000 sqm of office space and 6,000 sqm of retail. The project also offers 5,000 sqm of residential space. The property is nearly fully leased. Tenants include American Express subsidiary Loyalty Partner and Lotterieverwaltung Bayern.
