Globalworth, controlled by Ioannis Papalekas, is planning to build an office project above the Pipera metro station in Bucharest. The proposed scheme includes three buildings. The investment fund is reportedly in advanced negotiations with a development company that will oversee construction of the first building. Development costs are estimated at €98m, of which €17.8m covered the land acquisition and other project preparation expenses.
