Echo Investment is poised to start construction on a new office project in Wroclaw. The building, called Nobilis Business House, will be situated on Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej street next to the Pasaż Grunwaldzki shopping center.
Nobilis Business House was designed by the Kraków-based architectural studio DDJM as an A class building offering over 17,000 sqm of modern office space on six above-ground floors. The building will be equipped with an access control system, quick lifts, energy-efficient air-conditioning and an eco-friendly lighting system in order to provide comfortable working space.
