Eiffage Polska Budownictwo S.A. has started construction on OVO Wrocław, a mixed-use project that will include luxury apartments, offices and a five-star Hilton hotel. Located on Podwale street, OVO will offer almost 49,000 sqm of space, nearly 5,000 sqm of which will be occupied by retail. The scheme, designed by Gottesman-Szmelcman Architecture, will also offer 168 apartments, including 26 penthouses on the top floor. So far, 60 percent of the apartments have been sold. The investment, worth PLN 260m, is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2016.
