David Krajný has become the sole owner of the real estate agency Re/Max after buying out the 10 percent share of the Czech businessman Petr Topinka. “I have several projects I’d like to concentrate on,” said Topinka. “That’s why I decided to sell my share in Re/Max.” The consolidation of ownership of the company began in 2011 when David Krajný bought out the share of former director Vojtěch Krátký and he’s also secured a 60 percent share in the company’s Slovak operations. Re/Max entered the Czech market in 2005 and has built up a network of 117 offices and 1,200 agents.
