PRA Health Sciences, a leading clinical research company, has extended its lease at the Catalina Office Center in Warsaw. The company also signed on for an additional 500 sqm of space and now occupies more than 2,000 sqm. DTZ advised PRA during negotiations.
Designed by Szaroszyk & Rycerski Architekci, Catalina Office Center offers approximately 14,200 sqm of leasable space over 10 stories as well as underground parking for 151 cars. It is located at Puławska and Rzymowskiego streets in the city’s Służewiec district. Developed by the Catalina Group, the project was completed in 2009.
