Patrizia has signed a purchase agreement with the Dutch housing association Vestia for approximately 5,500 residential units in the Netherlands. The housing portfolio, worth €578m, covers a total of 340,000 sqm of residential space and is considered one of the largest deals on the Dutch market this year. Patrizia Immobilien AG acquired the portfolio for its co-investment WohnModul I, in which it is partnering with a renowned German pension fund. Patrizia will oversee fund and asset management as well as the employees responsible for property management.
