Ethos House, an office building under developed by Anastasios Gkotsis in Bucharest’s Floreasca area, is scheduled for completion at the beginning of October. The €7m investment will offer 7,758 sqm of leasable space over nine floors. The scheme is already 40 percent leased to companies like BNP Paribas, Arval and Venchi. Only eight of the nine floors will be leased, as the top level will be occupied by the developer.
