Echo Investment is going to build a residential complex in Kraków’s Stare Dębinki district. The project, set to go up near the city’s main public square, will include seven, three-story buildings offering 53 luxury apartments and two underground garages. Each building will have between five to 11 apartments ranging in size between 70 sqm and 200 sqm. Construction is set to start in the third quarter of 2014. The Kraków-based studio Gpp Grupa Projektowa designed the scheme.
