Echo Investment is going to build a residential complex in Krak贸w鈥檚 Stare D臋binki district. The project, set to go up near the city鈥檚 main public square, will include seven, three-story buildings offering 53 luxury apartments and two underground garages. Each building will have between five to 11 apartments ranging in size between 70 sqm and 200 sqm. Construction is set to start in the third quarter of 2014. The Krak贸w-based studio Gpp Grupa Projektowa designed the scheme.
