Hochtief AG has sold Hochtief Property Management GmbH and Hochtief Asset Services GmbH to Vincitag AG. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Hochtief said it wants to focus on its construction division and plans to offload non-core assets. The privately owned Vincitag, which has 900 employees and €100m in revenues, specializes in taking over and developing mid-size firms. The company’s activities also involve technical building equipment and facility management.
