European Property Investors Special Opportunities 3 L.P. (EPISO 3), a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners, has purchased a residential and retail complex in Cologne’s Ehrenfeld District for €27.5. The 30,500 sqm project is comprised of four buildings offering 20,300 sqm of residential space in 407 apartments. The scheme also includes 10,200 sqm of retail on the ground floors anchored by a Rewe supermarket. Pamera Asset Management is the project’s co-investor and will be responsible for managing and refurbishing the property. EPISO 3 was advised by Berwin Leighton Paisnerand HauckSchuchardt.
