Aurelis Real Estate intends to invest nearly €56mn into office and retail on Nuremberg’s Bahnhofstrasse. Called Marienzeile, the project will include four buildings offering nearly 30,000 sqm of office, retail and restaurant space. The formerly vacant site covering 13,000 sqm was prepared for construction during the past few months.The project’s plans were unveiled last December, and Aurelis Real Estate hopes to begin construction by the end of this year.
